Services - We provide services aimed at helping individuals and growing businesses identify, protect ant profit from their intellectual property assets.  Click on any of the above.

Fees - We provide service on an hourly or fixed fee basis depending on the type and difficulty of the project.  Our current attorney rate is $200 per hour. Many projects can be completed on a fixed or capped fee basis.

Consultations - We do not charge for initial consultations. We make sure that we have a firm understanding with the client about the scope, costs and fees associated with any project.

Retainers - In most circumstances, we require a reasonable retainer to cover anticipated fees and costs associated with the initial stages of a project. 

Client Participation in Legal Drafting - We adhere to high quality standards and we welcome client participation in the drafting process. In some circumstances, clients present drafts of contracts and applications for review to save time and legal fees. We understand that approach and we work with the client to devise and execute a strategy for producing high quality work at a reasonable price.
